Where is the database?

The database is on your server and can be shared among several workstations.

You are responsible for backing it up regularly in order to avoid data loss due to fire, robbery or your computer’s malfunction.

Can the data of my system be transferred?

Of course! Any information within an Excel file can be integrated into our software. Other formats may be transferred. Contact one of our consultants to obtain more information about transfer feasibility.

Can your software interact with my financial institution?

Yes. The electronic funds transfer feature allows you to generate a file that can be transferred online to your financial institution. Transactions such as parental pre-authorized payments (PAPs) will be easily and securely completed.

What are the delivery times?

After receiving your payment, we’ll email you your license information, allowing for quick installation in just a few minutes.

Is there documentation available for the software?

Yes. The software is very well documented, both in French and English. Several guides are also available on specific topics, such as how to produce year-end statements.

Online help is available, as is a knowledge base (FAQ).
