About Cible Petite Enfance

Cible Petite Enfance is a Quebec-based company created in 2017 by early childhood care professionals Mélanie Coulombe and Manon Barbe. Having spent 15 years in the childcare service system, working in diverse roles such as managers, pedagogy trainers, and consultants, the two women recognized that most childcare service environments were facing numerous challenges that had to be addressed.

This challenging situation led to the emergence of the Cible Petite Enfance initiative, which uses a global approach to prioritize children.
