Document management is significantly streamlined. We no longer need to manually compile paper documents and manage unsigned forms. At a glance, we can see the status of signatures for each attendance sheet in the software. It is easy to make corrections to documents and send them back to parents. Additionally, we save on paper since there is no need to print the documents.
Another aspect that we greatly appreciate is the easy follow-up with parents. No more need to "chase" parents to sign documents. Now, a brief automated email reminder is enough to obtain signed documents.
